Hi, I'm Nathan.

About Me

My name is Nathan Wachholz. I am currently pursuing an MS in Computer Science at UCSB. I am involved with computational geometry and computer security research. I particularly enjoy working on projects where I can combine software, electrical and mechanical engineering (such as a self-playing guitar).

I spent my freshman year working part-time at FLIR, where I created product prototypes and demos for the Unmanned Aerial Systems division. During my sophomore year, I transitioned to working on FLIR Conservator, helping it become FLIR's central repository for ML data and models. For the past two summers I have been an intern at Google—first under the Research Org, and then with the Account Security team. This summer I am interning at Google Project Zero.

Below is a collection of personal projects I have worked on. If you have any questions or comments, I'd love to hear them.
